We continue to work as diligently as possible to get your orders to you in the fastest time period possible. Following the holidays we are still experiencing quite a bit of delays and appreciate your patience and understanding in the matter. To keep you as updated as possible and in hopes to maintain your positive buying experience with Grip Royal, here are a few updates on our current time frames and delays:
–NRG Shipment arrived today (01/08/2014) and any pending orders for those items are being dropped off to ship currently. We are still awaiting our restock on the following items from NRG which are on national backorder, meaning they are in production and not yet in our possession.

–Royal Grain restock is estimated to be arriving in the next few weeks within January. All GRAIN pre-orders will ship upon receiving this restock and all paint orders or flake orders on black spokes will be started on immediately.
–Painted on Chrome orders have been being knocked out as fast as we can every day. There have been HUNDREDS of orders for these completely overwhelming us and we’re working as fast as possible to get them out. Some orders take longer than others but we ARE working to get all the orders done as fast as we can.
–Royal Knight shipment is estimated to be arriving end of January or early February. All of these pre-orders will ship as soon as these touch our hands.
–Royal Mahogany is set for production later this year, we don’t have a tentative date for delivery but these will be mid-year 2014 before restock.
–Royal Class we have a very small amount of inventory on the shelf. We will be fully restocked on these late January.
–Royal Classic we will be fully restocked on these late January to early Feb. and all pre-orders will ship out immediately. Any paint orders or flake orders on brushed spokes will be started on immediately.
–Designer Wheels are backed up big time. We apologize for the additional delays on these but they’re EXTREMELY time consuming to make. We appreciate the support on this new item and just simply weren’t prepared to handle the wave of orders, especially with the holiday season. We are working as fast as possible to get all the pre-orders done first and then to start stocking up some extras for inventory on these items. They are scheduled to come out of hydro-dip early February and continue throughout the month.

We are working over time to currently move our operations to a new, larger, more productive facility as well as assemble many new pieces of equipment to not only speed up our procedures but to increase product quality and durability. Also, with 2014, we have many new products coming to release that we have been developing throughout 2013 and look forward to releasing them and your support!
