NRG HUBS & QUICK-RELEASES – We have been awaiting many items on a production restock from NRG for almost two months now and should have some items arriving before this week’s end. We have many wheels restocking very soon! Thanks for all those folks who have hung in there and been waiting out a tough wait but we are nearing the end! We have finished production on quite a few models and are currently in the process of etching and packaging. Once those processes are completed, the back-order items that restock will be shipped out immediately.
ROYAL BLACKWOOD – Restock scheduled for eight to twelve weeks. ROYAL CLASS – Restock scheduled for six to eight weeks. ROYAL CLASSIC – Restock scheduled for six to eight weeks. ROYAL GRAIN – Restock is scheduled for mid-week the second week of June. ROYAL KING – First batch scheduled for mid-week the second week of June. ROYAL KNIGHT – Restock is scheduled for six to eight weeks. ROYAL MAHOGANY – Restock is scheduled for mid-week the second week of June. ROYAL MEW – Restock scheduled for late Summer. ROYAL SLEEK – Restock is scheduled for mid-week the second week of June. ROYAL WOODIE – Restock scheduled for six to eight weeks.
PAINT on BLACK SPOKES – Majority of these orders have been completed over the last few weeks and we may open, for a short time period, for new orders once our Grain shipment arrives in the next few weeks. PAINT on CHROME SPOKES – We have oversold before being able to disable this option and are awaiting a restock shipment of Woodie to continue working on these orders. At any time you’d like to change your order to another available spoke option please email us with your four-digit order number confirming so. If you do not contact us, we will continue to process the order as made and once materials are available it will be completed. PAINT on SILVER BRUSHED SPOKES – Orders are being completed on a daily basis and shipping constantly. We still have quite a few orders of these left to do but they are getting knocked out relatively quick and we hope to have these to you all very soon.
DESIGNER WHEELS on CHROME SPOKES – We must create these orders in large batches to be able to provide them at the price listed. We have some customers who have been waiting an extremely long time and we do appreciate your patience more than we can express via type. We are nearing the completion of these orders and once they are in our hands completed, will be shipped out immediately. Once again, thanks for your patience and understanding on this extremely long wait. *Update* We have spoken with our staff and they have confirmed finishing the batches this week and we should have these late the second week of June or early the following week. In an attempt to complete those orders that have already been submitted we have decided to temporarily close new paint order submissions. This is only a temporarily solution to allow us more direct focus on orders that have fallen behind our usual time-frame. We apologize for the inconvenience for those who are looking to submit new orders but we will open up orders very soon once we have been able to get everyone fixed up and caught up to where we are comfortable again.
